PURPOSE:To attain talking of a specific subscriber even if a normal line between stations is busy because of abnormal traffic by providing an adaptor to a low-order exchange station and connecting adaptors by a private line. CONSTITUTION:When a calling subscriber 1 makes a call and transmits fixed information acquiring an adaptor 4 accommodated in a station A, subscriber 1 exchange station 2 of station A station A accommodated trunk 3 exchange 2 station A accommodated adaptor 4 are connected. When the adaptor 4 detects an incoming signal from the subscriber 1, a response signal is transmitted to the subscriber 1 and also transmits a start signal to a station B accommodated adaptor 6 through a private line 5. The adaptor 6 receives a start signal and relays it to an exchange 8 of station B. The exchange 8 transmits a dial tone to the subscriber 1 via the adaptor 6 and the private line 5. When the subscriber 1 transmits number information of the incoming subscriber 9, the exchange 8 calls the subscriber 9 and when the subscriber 9 responds to it, the exchange 8 communicates the subscriber 1 via a route of exchange 8 station B accommodated trunk 7 exchange 8 adaptor 6 private line 5 via the adaptor 4. |
