PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance the effects due to convectional and radiational heat transfer elements by a structure wherein a fin plate equipped with a refrigerant pipe is wound in multi-layers apart at predetermined intervals so as to form a wind-tunnel type air passage. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular fin plate 11, in the plane of which a refrigerant pipe is configurated and fixed, is wound in multi-layers apart at predetermined untervals so as to form a wind-tunnel for air passage. When the air in a refrigerating chamber of the like is supplied to the air passage 15 in an evaporator 5, the air is cooled by the fin plate 11 and the refrigerant pipe 12. The refrigerant in the refrigerant pipe 2 receives the heat from the air in the passage 15 and evaporates and gives the latent heat of evaporation to the air. Because the evaporators 5 is formed in the form of a wind tunnel, the air passage 15 has nearly a closed section, resulting in being acted by convectional and radiational elements effectively. |
