PURPOSE:To easily position a core body and the 2nd reinforcing cores by providing an L-shaped part to a reinforcing core. CONSTITUTION:The 1st groove 9 as a relatively shallow winding hole is formed in a ferrite block 8 and a nonmagnetic body 10 made of glass is deposited. Then, the 2nd deep grooves 11 are formed at specific intervals and the block 8 is cut in the center 12 of each 2nd groove 11 and also cut at the position of the half pitch of the 2nd groove 12 to form plural 2nd reinforcing core 15 each having an L-shaped part 14 as the lower part of a magnetic body 8a. Consequently, when the main core body 16 is joined with a core 15, they are positioned on the basis of the L-shaped part 14, so their front and rear positions are determined automatically. Further, the main core body 16 should be polished to desired thickness, but can be polished while joined with the core 15, so there is not gap clearance due to curvature. |
