PURPOSE:To manufacture a black glossy film superior in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, affluent in ornamental property, raven black and beautiful by performing plasma-ion plating using silicon carbide as vaporization source in gaseous methane atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:By performing plasma-ion coating by using silicon carbide as vaporization source under the condition of about (1.5+ or -0.1)X10<-4>Torr gaseous methane pressure, about 400-500 deg.C base plate temp., <=about 200W high frequency output and <=about 200V ion accelerating voltage, the black glossy film for ornamental purpose having extremely low peeling tendency can be formed. |
