PURPOSE:To enable the reading of spring force on the outer surface of a cover by forming openings on the cover enclosing a cam means, and arranging the indicators indicating spring force to correspond to the openings. CONSTITUTION:The plural number of openings 20 are formed on a cover 19 at an equal interval in the circumferential direction. The openings 20 are so formed that the upper end part of a projection 17 can be discriminated through the openings 20. In addition, an indicator 21 indicating the spring force at the engaged state of a cam is attached on the outer surface of the cover 19 so as to correspond to each opening 20. Accordingly, the spring force can be judged by finding the opening 20 in which the upper end of the projection 17 is discriminated, and reading the indicator 21 corresponding to this opening 20. |
