<p>Both vehicle parts (10, 11) have a similar geometry but are of different length and consist of trough-like sheet parts welded together. The vehicle runs on low pressure tyres without suspension. The front part houses the steering gear and the driver. The rear part (11) houses the motor, transmission, fuel tank and a loading surface. The functional elements e.g. motor and transmission are held in protective chamber to isolate them from water. Fresh-air, cooling-air and exhaust gas piping is located on or over the upper edge of the vehicle trough.</p> |
