PURPOSE:To function completely even under low speed rotation by providing a switching circuit to be controlled through the half-wave output from an ignition circuit to shortcircuit the half-wave output upon shortage of the detected amount of liquid thus to misfire the secondary coil in driving means for alarming the insufficient liquid. CONSTITUTION:Upon droppage of lubricant below specific level under low speed rotation at the start, a liquid amount detection switch 19 is closed to feed the gate current to the gate of a thyristor 16 constituting a switching circuit 14 thus to fire the thyristor 16 and to shorten the voltage induced in the primary coil 3a through the thyristor 16, an alarm lamp 12 and a capacitor 15. Consequently, the primary voltage of an ignition circuit 4 will drop below the referential voltage VZ set by a voltage control circuit 23 to suppress increase of secondary voltage thereby the engine will misfire and stall. At the sametime, the alarm lamp 12 will light and the charges temporarily stored in a capacitor 15 will start discharge to lengthen the time when the voltage is applied onto the alarm lamp 12 thus to emit sufficient light. |
