PURPOSE:To disuse a press device and to obtain a good composite member by arranging three pieces of the materials having different material values in sandwiched shape and by cutting with the center plane face of an intermediate material after joining with diffusion by heating. CONSTITUTION:A Ni plate 11 is arranged with being pinched in sandwiched shape via two pieces of the upper and lower ti foils 9, 10 between two sheets of Al2O3 ceramics 8, 7 and joined with diffusion with heating it in a vacuum without any pressing. The linear expansion coefficients of the Al2O3 ceramics 7, 8 and Ni plate 11 vary. Two pieces of independent composite plate 13 are made by cutting the center plane face of the Ni plate 11 with a wire electric discharge machine after the completion of joyning. |
