PURPOSE:To enable a capacitor to be prevented from its overcharge to a predetermined level or more, by constituting an amplifier which contains short-circuiting and disconnection-controlling semiconductor switching elements, detector circuit, capacitor, diode, resistor and a conduction blocking circuit. CONSTITUTION:A charging coil 1 induces voltage increasing relatively to a high level when an engine is driven at intermediate and high speeds, and if the charging voltage to a capacitor 13 increases to a preset level or more by the second- time high voltage induced in the charging coil 1, the electric potential in a voltage dividing point between voltage divider resistors 9, 10 rises to a value enough for electrifying a transistor 6, and it is conducted to short-circuit the base of a transistor 8. In this way, the charging coil 1, even if it generates a half-wave output in the positive direction after the third-time, causes the transistor 8 never to be conducted inducing no high voltage, accordingly the capacitor 13, coming to be not charged thereafter, is prevented from its overcharge, and the transistor and the diode or the like can be prevented from destruction. |
