<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a post-stream dust collector by enhancing the removal ratio of HCl and reducing the use amount of an absorbent, by charging the absorbent, by charging the absorbent into an exhaust gas passage along the flow in said passage from a plurality of places. CONSTITUTION:Charge parts 2a, 2b, 2c of an absorbent are formed to an exhaust gas passage 1 at plural places along the flow direction in said passage 1 and the HCl adsorbent such as Ca(OH)2 is charged. Ca(OH)2 blown in from the charge part 2a at first is reacted with HCl and converted to CaCl2 but CaCl2 is reacted with CO2 in the exhaust gas to converted to CaCO3 and, therefore, the activity of Ca(OH)2 reacting with HCl has been lowered when Ca(OH)2 is reaches the next charge part 2b. Then, new Ca(OH)2 is blown into the passage 1 and the reacted with residual HCl in the exhaust gas to removed the same. Hereinafter, splitting charge is performed to develop in the similar action and HCl removal efficiency is more enhanced.</p> |
