PURPOSE:To remove the influence of an eclipse and detect an accurate focus by filtering a signal through a division type filter. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a photoelectric conversion part 21 is supplied to a numerator computing element 26 and a denominator computing element 27, the output of the numerator computing element 26 is sent out to a divider 31 and a multiplier 28. An adder 30 adds the output of the multiplier 28 to the output of a constant generator 29 and output the arithmetic result of a divider 32. The output of the denominator computing element 27, on the other hand, is outputted to the divider 32 and an adder 33. The divider 32 receives the outputs of the adder 30 and denominator computing element 27 and sends its output to the adder 33. The adder 33 receives the outputs of the divider 32 and denominator computing element 27 and outputs the result to a divider 31. The division type filter 31 receives the output of the numerator computing element 26 and the output of the adder 33 and sends its output corresponding to a specific equation to a signal detector 25. Consequently, the influence of an eclipse is eliminated. |
