PURPOSE:To obtain the expression of multi-gradation and multicolor, by providing the accepting layer having diazoamino compound capable of forming coloring matter by its reaction with a sublimate coupler as a main component. CONSTITUTION:The diazoamino compound the coupling of which is disconnected by heat or acid forms a yellow series dye by its reaction with the coupler compound containing a phenol derivative and an active methylene group, magen ta series dye by its reaction with a coupler like a pyrazolone derivative or the like and a polyhydric phenol coupler and a cyanic series dye by its reaction with oxynaphthalene. Further, the dye of a required hue cna be formed by combination of one kind or several kinds of diazonium salts. Therefore, the sublimate coupler the sublimate amount of which can be changed according to the amount of thermal energy is used as the expression of multi-gradation and multicolor by heat sensitive recording system becomes possible by successive sublimate transfer of couplers forming yellow, magenta and cyanic series dyes into an accepting layer by reaction with diazonium salt in the accepting layer. |
