<p>PURPOSE:To produce the regenerated solution of asphalt foam, by adding the cut scraps, etc. of asphalt foam to a solution obtained by adding an amine catalyst, a tin catalyst and an alkaline substance to a phosphate plasticizer, and dissolving the scraps under heating and agitation. CONSTITUTION:100pts.(wt.) of a phosphate plasticizer (preferably triaryl phosphate) is added with >=0.5pt. of one ore more substances selected from an amine catalyst (e.g. triethylenediamine, etc.), a tin catalyst (e.g. stannous octoate, etc.) and an alkaline substance (e.g. aqueous solution of NaOH, KOH, etc.) to obtain a solution. The solution is added with <=800pts. of cut scraps of asphalt foam (obtained by mixing an aqueous emulsion of asphalt with a urethane prepolymer obtained by the reaction of an organic isocyanate and a polyether polyol having an ethylene oxide content of >=15%, and foaming the mixture) (preferably bit by bit in the foam of small chips). The mixture is heated at 150-250 deg.C under stirring to effect the dissolution of the asphalt foam and obtain the objective regenerated solution.</p> |
