<p>PURPOSE:To perform the ultra-purification of air, by humidifying air to be purified to saturate the same with humidity and condensing humidity or fine particles being nuclei by cooling moistened air to grow a particle size while collecting grown particles by a wet electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION:Air 2-1 to be purified is sucked by a blower 1 to be introduced into a scrubber 3 where water droplets are sprayed by a pump 4 to humidify air so as to saturate the same with humidity. The humidified air 2-2 is heat exchanged with a cooling medium 5 and cooled to condense steam on particles being nuclei in air to grow said particles while water droplets are sprayed from a recirculation pump 8 in a wet electric dust collector to remove grown particles.</p> |
