<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a reinforced plastic molding with a surface having a highly aesthetic cork-like uneven pattern by a method in which a cork foil is put between a resin material and the surface mat on the cavity face of molds and molded by compression molding. CONSTITUTION:A surface mat 16, a cork foil 18, glass mats 20, a resin material 22, cork foil 18 and surface mat 16 are orderly laminated and set in the cavity of upper and lower molds 12. The molds 12 are closed, and the resin material 22 is fluidized under a pressure, molded into a given shape, and solidified. The resin layer 28 on the surface of the cork foil 18 is strongly combined with the resin layer 30 on the back side.</p> |
