PURPOSE:To densely insulate and coat without void by enclosing an article to be molded by a thin film which passes steam or gas but does not pass liquid, degassing, then supplying a low melting point alloy to the periphery, heating and pressurizing it. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 is laminated and wound while providing an interlayer separating insulator 3, and a main insulator 4, a separating layer 5 and a thin flexible layer 6 which passes steam but does not pass liquid like resin are provided. Thus constructed insulating coil is contained in a heated vessel, degassed, low melting point alloy is supplied to the periphery, thereby heating and pressurizing it. |
