The invention relates especially to the fastening of internal decorative panels. It comprises a teat-shaped part made from a relatively elastic material which resists high and low temperatures, composed of a bearing head 2 and of a barrel 3 comprising external elements serving to retain the teat-shaped part when it is introduced into the hole of the support and internal elements 10 for retaining a second part 13 which is composed of a head 14 equipped with a means for introduction into the decorative panel 18 and, under the head, a tail 19 comprising a circular groove 21 for clipping into the said internal elements 10 of the teat-shaped part. The invention applies especially to the fixing of internal decorative panels in the field of the motor industry. <IMAGE>
