The vibrorheometer comprises a measuring unit (1) consisting of two elements (2, 3) which are arranged with a gap provided therebetween in order to dispose a tested material (4). One element is so arranged on an axis (5) that it can vibrate torsionally thereabout, on which axis (5) a converter (6) is mounted for converting an angular movement of said element (2) into an electrical signal. The second element (3) is rigidly connected with an output shaft (8) of a servo-drive (9) which is electrically connected with a control unit (13). The vibrorheometer comprises also a rotating drive (24), provided with a motor (25) having the shaft (26) on which a rotational velocity-type transducer (27) connected electrically with the servo-drive (9) is mounted, and a master unit (28) connected to the motor (25) in order to control a rotational velocity of its shaft (26). A converter (18) converts an angular motion of the second element (3) of a measuring unit (1) into an electrical signal and is comprised of a magnetic lens (19), secured on the holder (22) which is kinematically connected with the shaft (26) and is so mounted that it can rotate about the output shaft (8), and a galvanomagnetic element (20).
