PURPOSE:To easily obtain a bar free of mechanical strain without the contact of resin with the inner wall of a die by a method in which a thermoplastic resin is covered with a non-adhesive thermoplastic resin and co-extruded into a bar, and the resin layer of the outside is peeled off. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of a thermoplastic resin A (preferably vinyl chloride resin) is covered with a non-adhesive thermoplastic resin B and both the resins A and B are co-extruded into a bar. The outside resin B is peeled off to obtain the aimed bar of the resin A. As the resin B, low-density polyethylene is preferably used when a vinyl chloride resin composition is used as the resin A.
