<p>PURPOSE:To have an assured check for the program input to an NC (numerical controller) by designating two points on a screen to calculate the actual distance between both points and displaying the calculated distance. CONSTITUTION:An operator feeds the scale information and the cursor information designating two points of a pattern on a graphic display device 30 and sends these information to a central processor 20. The processor 20 calculates the actual distance between two points P1 and P2 of the cursor on the device 30 based on the scale information as well as said two cursor points. Then this calculated distance is displayed at a part 5 of a display screen.</p> |
