PURPOSE:To enhance the safety of a vehicle, by providing a trouble judgment section for judging whether a position sensor of discrete position detection type is in trouble, to immediately find out that a position switch is in trouble. CONSTITUTION:An electronic controller 10 detects the running condition of a vehicle to control the position of a running condition changeover valve 14 and the operation of a damper clutch control actuator 102 and a transmission control actuator 100 provided in an oil pressure control circuit 12 to change over the supply and drainage of oil pressure to and from friction members and regulate the level of the oil pressure. The detection signal of a position switch 90, which serves as a position sensor of discrete position detection type, and that of a position sensor 91, which serves as a position sensor of continuous position detection type to continuously detect the position of the running condition changeover valve 14, are entered into the speed control section 10c and trouble judgment section 10e of a subordinate computer 10a. The trouble judgment section 10e sends a trouble indication signal to an indication unit 94 and a warning unit 96. |
