PURPOSE:To simplify various processings and to enhance the processing efficiency of a file by making it possible to control collectively heading data of each patient and medical service data in plural medical departments of one patient. CONSTITUTION:Medical service data is stored in a medical service file 8 at every medical department, respective top addresses A0, A5 and A7 of the medical service file 8 at every medical department are written on corresponding pointers 13a-13c of a patient heading file 7, and an address A10 where the final data is stored is written on a pointer 13d. As a result, for instance, when medical service data of only an internal medicine is extracted, only data stored in addresses from the internal medicine pointer 13a to the next pointer 13b is read out; therefore data processing at every medical department is facilitated. Since medical service data on plural medical departments of one patient is stored in one file, by checking data in one file, various types of consultant fees and a medicine adjusting basic fee can be checked. For instance, when these fees are inputted twice in one month, the processing which cannot be executed before, that is, displaying that these fees have been charged, can be executed. |
