PURPOSE:To enable control of the optimum number of revolutions responding to each condition, by a method wherein control amounts of a running controller and a loading controller are converted into a control amount signal of an analogue or a digital electric signal, and based on the signal, the number of revolutions of a prime mover is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Each of the numbers of revolutions data A1-A3 is outputted to a succeeding selecting circuit 15. The selecting circuit 15 selects either one of the data A1-A3 and outputs it to a throttle actuator 8. When only the one of the data A1-A3 is outputted, the data is selected, and when A1-A3 are simultaneously outputted, the data are selected according to the previously set order of priority. When data on the number of revolutions selected by the selecting circuit 15 is outputted to the throttle actuator 8 as it is, the actuator 8 regulates throttle according to the data to control the number of revolutions of an engine 4. |
