PURPOSE:To prevent color dislocation and to reduce the number of IC pins by connecting a diode between an omission detection signal output terminal and a power source, providing an external switching device and switching a main signal and one horizontal scanning period delay signal to compensate an omitted signal. CONSTITUTION:A main video signal (a) and 1hr delay video signal (b) are inputted to a line correlation video DOC circuit 14 at the same level, and the processed signal is outputted to a video output terminal 5. A DO pulse signal C is detected in a DO detector 16, outputted as the interface of the detector 16 and a DO pulse delay circuit 13 by an open collector of a transistor TRQ1, and received by the emitter of a TRQ3. A trailing edge of a signal C is extended by an externally added capacity 19 and the circuit 13. A diode 18 is connected between the collector output of the TRQ1 and a power source, and an external switch 17 is provided. Thus color dislocation at the time of PAL dubbing can be prevented by switching of the switch 17, and the number of IC pins can be reduced. |
