PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of water into a room as well as corrosion in clearance by providing a rain water invasion preventing plate in a part of an air feeding tube. CONSTITUTION:The rain water invasion preventing plates 9 are provided in the air feeding tube 1 along the whole periphery of the inner part of the same and rain water is dammed up by the rain water invasion preventing plates 9 in case much amount of rain water is blown into the air feeding and exhausting device and the rain water is stagnated at the lower surface of the air feeding tube 1, therefore, the rain water will never be flowed into a chamber 8 along a flange 6. Thus, the rain water will never be leaked into the room and the corrosion in clearance between the flange and the chamber may be prevented.
