PURPOSE:To enable the surface properties of a molded product approximate to a woody material, by a method wherein the profection processing by grit particles is applied and the surface part is scraped. CONSTITUTION:Cellulose type aggregate 1 which is mixed in resin material 2 is made to 80-200 mesh by grinding, for instance, woody chip, pulp, bagasse and chaff etc. The residual stress existing inside of the flexible synthetic molded product by heat treating and the distortion generated by the roughness and fineness etc. of texture part are drawn out beforehand, and surface skin layer (x) of the molded product which was applied to prevent warpage and torsion of a woody synthetic material according to resin molding afterward or constraction with age is removed by the project processing by grit, and (y) parts which situate more inside than the skin layer and having no residual internal stress are exposed directrly as the outside surface. Hereby, a grain pattern having more natural appearance can be obtained. |
