PURPOSE:To form a given solidified body by preventing the escape of permeable grout by a method in which a quick-setting grout is injected through the entrance of an outer tube into the ground to form a packer, and a permeable grout is injected into the subordinate ground below the packer. CONSTITUTION:Water is discharged through the flow path 10 of a slide valve 3 and the lower outlet 9 from an outer tube 1 into the ground to bore the ground. When A-liquid of water glass solution is injected from the outer tube 1 and B- liquid of a reactant blended solution is injected from an inner tube 2, the lower entrance 9 is closed by the slide valve 3 by means of the pressure of the B- liquid, the B-liquid in the inner tube 2 is discharged from a pressure check valve 5 into the mixing chamber 14 of the outer tube 1, and the A- and B-liquids are mixed together to form a quick-setting grout. The quick-setting grout is injected from the outlet 8 into the ground to form a packer. When the inflow of the B- liquid is stopped, the slide valve 3 is moved upwards, and only the B-liquid as permeable grout is injected from the outlet 9 into the ground. |
