PURPOSE:To surely compensate temperature characteristics and to improve dependency on temperature in a wide range by using a nearly equal composition material with the magnetic element in a magnetic circuit which generates direct current bias magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:On each side facing each other of a yoke 11 constituting a magnetic circuit, a magnet 12 is attached and on the magnets, the first and the second magnetic matching plates 13 and 14 which are different in composition are attached. The first and the second magnetic matching plates 13 and 14 are located on both sides of a magnetic gap 15. 16 shows a magnetic element, e.g., a YIG ferrimagnetic resonance element located in the magnetic gap 15. At least one of the magnetic matching plates, e.g., the first magnetic matching plate 13 is made of nearly equal composition with the magnetic element 16, e.g., a YIC plate and the other magnetic matching plate, e.g., the second magnetic matching plate 14 is made of another magnetic material, e.g., a ferrite plate.
