The multi-way valve has three connection openings (A, B, C), two valve seats lying on a common axis and being assigned valve closing elements, one of which is designed as a hollow cylinder (2) open at one end and the other is designed as a piston (3) which plunges into the latter. The mechanism (5) for the actuation of the valve closing elements is situated in the interior of the hollow cylinder and is actuable by means of a shaft (4) lying transversely to the said axis.
