PURPOSE:To obstruct generation of a malfunction by setting an on-state for sending out an output signal from a logical circuit, and an off-state for obstructing the output signal, by a control signal, so that all output buffers do not generate the same level variation at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Gate circuits G11-Gmn using an OR gate are provided on an input side of output buffers OB11-OBmn so as to correspond to each output signal S1-Sn of a logical circuit LG. The signals S1-Sn are applied to one input of these circuits G11-Gmn, respectively, and each group is connected in common to the other input, and also connected to control terminals C1-Cm through buffers B1-Bm. Accordingly, the circuits G11-Gmn become on when a control signal applied to the terminals C1-Cm is ''L'', and become off when said signal is ''H'', and in case of an on-state, the signals S1-Sn are passed through, but in case of an off-state, the output level is fixed to ''H'' and obstructs the signals S1-Sn, and in this case, the buffers OB11-OBmn do not generate a variation of a current.
