HYDRAULIC FRICTION COUPLING, PARTICULARLY FOR DIFFERENTIAL GEARS OF MOTOR VEHICLES

In the hydraulic friction coupling, a sliding member which is comprised in the simplest case of an adjusting disk (14) modifies the gap between the coupling plates (10, 11) thereby enabling to increase the coupling moment. The change is effected by start inclinations (17, 18) which are adjoined to a drive connector. Due to the particular configuration of the start inclinations (17, 18) it is possible to appropriately modify the rotational torque characteristic.
