PURPOSE:To prevent the danger of ignition or explosion of an uncombustion gas by constituting a titled device so that a temperature is controlled by switching a heating temperature target value of a gas detecting element to two kinds of an operating time use and a holding time use in accordance with a state of the device. CONSTITUTION:When one of an analysis meter start command signal 17 by a boiler reset signal, etc. or an analysis meter holding command signal 18 by a boiler trip signal, etc. is inputted in response to a signal for showing an operating condition of a boiler, a temperature set value 19 of the time of an analyzing operation and a temperature set value of the holding time are switched by a switching device 21, and a temperature set value 25 of an analyzing element (omitted in the figure) is set. Also, in accordance with a deviation of an output of a temperature detector 16 against the set value 25, a heater request signal 26 is calculated by an operator 22 by means of proportion or proportional integration, etc. Subsequently, the signal 26 is amplified by an amplifier 23, a current supplied to a heating heater 14 is controlled, and a heating degree of the analyzing element is increased or decreased. In this way, at the holding time, a heating temperature becomes below an ignition point of an uncombustion gas, therefore, a danger can be prevented. |
