PURPOSE:To permit to adjust temperature difference between south and north rooms by a method wherein a condensed liquid transfer tube is slanted with respect to the horizontal line and is equipped with an operation control valve while a gas transfer tube is slanted into reverse direction with respect to the horizontal line and is attached to the building. CONSTITUTION:The condensed liquid transfer tube 10 is arranged below a floor 15, for example, horizontally or in a slanted condition in which the side of a heat absorbing panel 6 is lower. The slanting angle alpha of the condensed liquid transfer tube 10 with respect to the horizontal line is about 3 deg. usually. The condensed liquid transfer tube 10 is provided with the operation control valve 16. The inner diameter of the gas transfer tube 9 and the slanting angle beta thereof with respect to the horizontal line are determined so as to be capable of receiving the whole of the operating liquid, condensed in the condensed liquid transfer tube 10 at a heat dissipating panel 8 side than the operation control valve 16, the heat dissipating panel 8 and the gas transfer tube 9, when the operation control valve 16 is being closed. The slanting angle of the gas transfer tube 9 is in the degree of 0.5-1 deg. usually.
