MOISTURE SENSITIVE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain always a satisfactory moisture sensitive characteristic by adding a compd. having >=2 isocyanate groups and having >=2 epoxy groups or >=2 carboxyl groups, etc. to cellulose acetate butyrate and crosslinking the same. CONSTITUTION:A mixture prepd. by adding an isocyanate compd. as a crosslinking agent at a specific weight ratio to cellulose acetate butyrate is dissolved in an ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate so as to have an adequate viscosity. The soln. is coated by a dipping method on a gold electrode 2 formed by a vacuum deposition method on a glass substrate to form a thin film, etc. and is heat-treated at an adequate temp. after drying to form a crosslinked moisture sensitive film 3. A thin permeable gold film is further formed on the film 3 by a vacuum deposition method to form an upper electrode 4. Said electrode is connected together with the lower electrode 2 to a detecting circuit respectively by lead wires 5. The long-term stability with high-moisture atmosphere is thus provided.
