PURPOSE:To cope with multi-function of a device by storing not only an inter- call signal but also a group call number, a selection etc. of an informing device of a display or singing, etc. in one convertible discriminating storage element, and providing an error detecting function of a received selective calling signal. CONSTITUTION:A receiving part 8 receives a selective calling signal from a base station, and outputs it to a decoder 9. The decoder 9 sounds its calling result by a loudspeaker 13 through a singing amplifier 12, and also displays it on an indicator 15 through a display driver 14. Also, in a discriminating storage element 11, plural call signals for executing an inter-call or a group call are stored, and also an information bit for setting a control condition of an operation of plural informing devices in accordance with a selection of plural call signals is contained. A control part 10 reads the storage contents of the element 11 and collates a decoded output and the call signal, and also checks a receiving error of the call signal and controls the amplifier 12 and the driver 14. |
