PURPOSE:To precisely control the amount of effluent water by a method in which the turning angle of a winding drum to wind up a wire rope according to the opening degree of a sluice gate is detected, load to be applied to the rope is detected, and the opening degree of the gate is calculated and displayed. CONSTITUTION:When the upper and lower stage gates 2 and 3 of a sluice gate 1 are opened or closed, wire ropes 21a and 21b are wound around winding drums 23a and 23b. The turning angles of the drums 23a and 23b are detected by turning angle detectors 24a and 24b and supplied as signals S1 to an input converter 26. The load of the rops is detected by load sensors 22a and 22b attached to one ends of the ropes 21a and 21b and supplied as signals S2 to the converter 26. The signals S1 and S2 are converted into a current signal and a voltage signal by the converter 26 and sent out to an opening degree arithmetic unit 27, and the actual opening degree of the gate 1 is measured and displayed on a display setter 28. |
