An agitator-shaft arrangement (14) is held bearing against a bridge (48) of a frame (10) by means of a pivoting-pawl arrangement (39). In the working position, the agitator shaft (24) is connected to a cardan shaft (28) which is driven by the tractor. The pivoting-pawl arrangement (39) is connected to actuating arms (40) which have a blocking rod (42) engaging over the cardan shaft (28) at a distance. The blocking-pawl arrangement can thus be pivoted only when the cardan shaft (28) is removed. <IMAGE>
