PURPOSE:To permit the unravelling of a roving at a high speed and the stable unravelling on restart of operation by unravelling the roving from a roving bobbin by using a pair of rollers one of which is in positive drive. CONSTITUTION:The roving A to be unravelled is set onto a positive driving roller R1, and the top edge B of the roving A is allowed to pass between the positive driving roller R1 and a roller R2. At this time, the positive driving roller R1 is driven through a chain C, etc. by a stepless speed change motor M. Therefore, the roving A can be unravelled at a high speed of 10-10.0m/min. Even if the supply of the roving A is suspended because of a certain reason, the roving can be unravelled stably on the restart of operation. |
