<p>Rubber chemicals, such as accelerators, are often sold in rodform binders. In order for such rods of a rubber chemical to maintain their structural integrity a polymeric binder is utilized. An improved binder for chemical agents is disclosed herein. This binder is a blend of a graft copolymer and a random copolymer.</p> |
