PURPOSE:To make a heat shrinkable film easily tearable to a direction crossing a shrinking direction at right angles, by stretching a sheet containing a specific amount of a polyvinyl chloride resin, an MBS resin and a specific methyl methacrylate type copolymer resin under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:8-12pts.wt. of an MBS resin and 3-15pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate type copolymer resin with an MW of 200,000-1,000,000 are added to 100pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin. The resulting composition is molded into a sheet by an extrusion molding method while the molded sheet is mainly unidirectionally stretched. A stretching temp. is set to one 25-35 deg.C higher than the softening temp. of the sheet and stretching is performed in a range of 1.5-3.0 times in the degree of stretching in a main direction. |
