PURPOSE:A polyamide resin composition suffering little deterioration of mechanical properties and dimensional change due to water absorption made by incorporating a polyester resin, a modified polyproplylene resin, and an epoxy compound therein. CONSTITUTION:0.05-2wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride (derivative) (e.g. maleic anhydride) is graft polymerized onto a polypropylene resin in the presence of a radical generator to obtain a modified polypropylene resin (with the melt index of 0.1-200g/10min). Into 100pts.wt. resin component comprising 50-90wt% polyamide resin (A) (e.g. nylon 6), 5-30wt% thermoplastic polyester resin (B) (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate with a number-average molecular weight of about 10,000-30,000), and 5-30wt% modified polypropylene above- mentioned (C) (B+C comprises 10-50wt%), is incoporated 0.01-2pts.wt. epoxy compound (D). |
