PURPOSE:To make the flow amount of rotary swash plate type pump variable by a method wherein an inner rotor is slanted by control pressure oil discharged by the pump. CONSTITUTION:An outer rotor 3 is provided in a casing 1A rotatably. The rotor 3 is provided with a pair of piston bodies 3D1, 3D2 and a pair of bearings. The inner rotor is being inserted into the rotor 3. The inner rotor is provided swingably by both trunions 4B1, 4B2. The inner rotor is provided with a pair of yokes 4C1, 4C2 so as to be orthogonal to both trunions 4B1, 4B2. The yokes 4C1, 4C2 are opposed to the piston bodies 3D1, 3D2 of the rotor 3. The piston bodies 3D1, 3D2 are constituted so that pump discharging pressure oil from a cylinder barrel 14 acts thereon. Accordingly, the inner rotor 4 may be slanted with respect to the outer rotor 3. The inner rotor 4 operates a pump piston in the cylinder barrel 14.
