A tennis ball has a diameter about 5% to about 13% greater than the diameter of a standard tennis ball. The ball has about the same weight, and the thickness of the core of the ball is less than that of a standard ball. The rebound and coefficient of restitution of the ball are equal to or better than the rebound and coefficient of restitution of a standard ball.
