PURPOSE:A specific aminoacylated saccharide is added as a tastiness enhancer to give food tastiness of good quality. CONSTITUTION:At least one of an aminoacylated saccharide of the formula (R1 is aminoacyl group of lysine or ornithine; R2 is lower alkyl) e.g., methyl-2,3-di- O-L-lysil-alpha-D-glucopyranoside, if necessary, in combination with other components, is added to a variety of food, beverage and medicines. |
