摘要 PURPOSE:Raw soybeans are allowed to absorb extract from carrot, lemon and apple with vinegar, thus giving health food with combination of various components in raw soybeans with vinegar controlling intestinal function and vitamins. CONSTITUTION:A vinegar mix is combined with slices of unskinned carrot, lemon slices and unskinned apple slices and placed for about 10 days under tight sealing with stirring once every other day to prepare an infusion. Raw soybeans are dipped in this infusion under tight sealing for 7-10 days and allowed to absorb the vinegar and the extracted componented from carrot, lemon and apples. Thus, the components veneficial to human health in soybeans are combined with vinegar which controls the intestinal functions and vitamins A, E, C and so on in the carrot, lemon and apple to give the objective health food.
