PURPOSE:To prepare a paste product having taste and shape similar to those of crab legs, by setting vertically movably a frame provided with a blade to carve slant lines and a finely vibrating device on the top of a conveyor belt of a flat beltlike raw material, laying a device to carve lines in the longer direction. CONSTITUTION:The frame 5 provided with the blade 4 to carve slant lines is set vertically movably on the top of the conveyor belt 1 of the flat beltlike raw material A for paste product, the frame 5 is equipped with the finly vibrating device 6, and the device 8 to carve lines in the longer direction is laid in an integrated way with the frame 5 or separately. Namely, in a paste product having slantingly carved channels and carved channels in the longer direction, the carved channels in the longer direction divide the slant carved channels, so that a great number of finely cut fibrous pieces are formed. The prepared paste has taste extremely similar to that of crab legs, and can be loosened like legs of crab. When the paste is cut into fine strips, the carved channels in the longer direction promote cutting and tearing action, it can be teared and cut almost at the position, and a marine paste product having taste and shape extremely similar to those of meat of crab legs can be prepared. |
