PURPOSE:To maintain a small sliding friction stably over a long period without deteriorating various characteristics of a fixing member by solving and eliminating powder after the fixing member formed by adding soluble powder to the resin is packed and cured so as to impregnate the lubricant. CONSTITUTION:The resin formed by adding soluble powder 5 to a solvent is used as the fixing member 3, and the powder 5 is impregnated uniformly in the fixing member 3 after packing and curing. In using the solvent solving the powder 5 next, ultrasonic wave rinsing is applied to the fixing member 3 from an opening 1b so as to form vacant holes uniformly infinitely. Then an organic lubricant 7 is impregnated from the opening 1b to the fixing member 3 so as to form the lubricant 7 in triangle marks into the vacant holes. |
