PURPOSE:Rooting soybeans are ground together with water, solid part is removed and the resultant starting material is heated heated and combined with a coagulation agent to give TOFU rich in vitamins with good digestibility. CONSTITUTION:Rooting soybeans are ground together with water 5 times the weight of the soybeans and solid part is removed off. Then, the liquid starting material is heated, combined with a coagulation agent, then cast in appropriate vessels for solidification. The resultant TOFU contains more amounts of vitamins than the conventional one and has better digestibility. Further, the good smell of soybeans are shifted into the TOFU, thus it is very tasty. |
