PURPOSE:To automatically perform liquid penetration flaw detecting, by mounting a pair of freely openable and closable arms, a penetration liquid tank, a washing water tank, a development tank, a spray nozzle, a dryer and a television camera to a running truck. CONSTITUTION:A running truck 2 equipped with arms 4, a penetration liquid tank 9, a washing water tank 10 and a liquid developer tank 11 is fallen on a ladoliner tank R. Subsequently, the arms 4 are allowed to embrance a pipe stand P by radio control and liquid penetration flaw detection is performed while the running truck is rotated around the pipe stand P to a counterclockwise direction. At this time, a penetration liquid, a washing solution and a liquid developer are sprayed toward a welded part W from a spray nozzle 13 by operating spray air by radio control and the drying after washing is performed by a dryer 16 while the observation after development is performed by a television camera 17. |
