PURPOSE:To prepare pulse signals exactly corresponding to changes in the peak by forming a DC signal whose DC level is varied gradually based on a tiered waveform to make pulses with a short width from the resulting signals. CONSTITUTION:For input signals with a tiered waveform, changing points of the signal level are detected with a signal detection circuit 34 and each time a set up time Ts of a DC signal simulation circuit 41 passes, a DC signal simulation circuit 41 generates DC signals with the level varying gradually simulating these waveforms. The difference is determined between input signals and the DC signals with an arithmetic unit 32 to prepare pulse signals whose peak corresponds to the levels at changing points of the level of the input signals. |
